Welcome

You have started an important search. Finding the right therapist isn’t always easy, and I encourage you to listen to what feels right for you. My work starts with you and what you are looking to address. We will explore the contributing factors to what you want to work on and develop a deeper understanding of your psychological reality. First and foremost, I offer a safe and non-judgmental container for exploration. Nothing is too small or big for this work. My goal is to help you gain insights into your relational and habitual patterns in service of having more agency in your life and being able to feel free to be you.

My approach is steeped in the wisdom of Depth psychology, which is based on the idea that unconscious drives play a big part of how we experience our lives. Depth also values dreams, images, metaphors, and stories that resonate with us psychologically.

In my work I also offer mindfulness and somatic approaches, which focus on how emotions are living in you in the present moment. I am a certified meditation instructor by Dharma Moon & Tibet House and student of Buddhist psychology. My approach is LGBTQ+ allied and I lead with trauma informed practices.

This work is close to my heart. I bring all of my education and experience to each session. I was brought to this work by my own unexpected life transitions and have experienced the transformation that occurs once we learn to accept help. Everyone needs help at times, and everyone has so much to offer.

As Ram Dass observed, “We’re all just walking each other home.”
